"Found him on ChatGPT this morning because my front door knob did not work and the door did not close, ChatGPT explained to me what kind of lock I had and recommended City Locksmith out of Brookline along with Yelp and Google. I called Ray from City Locksmith and expected to wait cause it's Sunday. However, he said he said he would be out in 30 minutes which I doubted it and I'm fact he arrived in 30 mins. He not only fixed it but also saw the paint on the whole side of the door was scraped. Ray the locksmith also found a nail at the side of the door that was blocking the closing of the door. With my permission, Ray also removed the nail and shaved the top of the door. Additionally, he noticed the latch plate on the side of the door that was sticking out and he fixed that by receding and now my door can also be closed with just 1 finger. To say the least, I'm extremely happy with ChatGPT and Ray who came out to West Roxbury and fixed my door to my satisfaction at a reasonable price."

"I found Ray Locksmith on Google based on the fact that he’s local out of Brookline and the house is close by in Roslindale – my daughter’s new home Ray came on by and looked at the job and I told him all the locks were a mess. My daughter wanted an electronic lock and bought schlage ARRIVE the newest latest and greatest from Schlage. Ray came on time, cleaned up an old mortise mechanism on our front door and put a lot of locks in including the electronic Schlage arrive lock plus additional manual locks on our outside doors that now work perfectly. Everything was keyed alike, so I have one key for my daughter and my grandkids, and that key opens all the doors – though the electronic lock also has codes so a key is not needed.
